Depending on the project scope and size, we have used a variety of cinema-grade cameras, everything from RED, ARRI, Blackmagic and Sony FX6 and FX3 cameras. Our experienced cinematographers use a variety of lenses to capture your story, along with high-grade professional lighting and audio equipment. The exact setup adapts to your video production’s needs, which may also include other specialty items (ex. drones).

Typical projects can be completed in 4‑6 weeks, including pre-production, filming and post-production. Larger productions may require more time. During the pre-production process of your video production, we will provide a detailed timeline in our proposal.

Yes, once delivered you’ll have full ownership of the completed video(s) and are free to use them wherever you choose.

We’ll ask for your objectives, target audience, key messages, and brand guidelines. Once we have these, we will proceed to prepare a creative concept based on a signed scope of work.

We are based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), but service clients across Canada and internationally.. Some of the locations we have filmed in Canada are: Vancouver, Victoria, Tofino, Calgary, Banff, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax and Sydney, Nova Scotia. Travel outside standard areas may incur additional costs.

Yes, many of our clients use our services for post production only. If you have existing footage and require a story put together or need a simple service like single‑camera coverage, we can tailor the scope.

We typically include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds of revisions may be quoted as add‑ons.

We deliver high‑quality digital files optimized for web, social and broadcast. Alternate formats or aspect ratios can be included on request.

Because production requires coordinating crew, locations and equipment, rescheduling or cancellation may incur fees. Exact costs may vary depending on when in the process the project is cancelled or rescheduled.

We are often asked to create videos in Canada's two national languages; English and French. We work with native French and Quebecois speakers to provide accurate translations, voiceovers, subtitles or full French assets. Furthermore, we offer non-AI translation services through a third party provider for any other language you may require to ensure correct grammar, spelling and context for your project.
