Founder & Executive Producer

Laura is a seasoned production executive with over 20 years of experience in television and branded content. She began her career in live sports production with Dome Productions and MLSE, working on broadcasts for the Maple Leafs, Raptors, and Blue Jays.

Expanding into documentary and factual entertainment, Laura has produced, directed, and written more than 10 series and one-off documentaries for leading networks, including Smithsonian Channel Canada, BBC Earth Canada, Love Nature, and Cottage Life TV.

At Blue Ant Plus, she spearheaded branded content, commercials, and social media campaigns for top brands such as Chevrolet Canada, Toyota Canada, Mary Brown's Chicken, Canadian Tire, HelloFresh, DoorDash, and Staples.

Driven by a passion for impactful storytelling, Laura founded Iceberg Media Productions to help brands connect with their audiences through compelling, high-quality video content. With expertise spanning live events, broadcast television, and both long- and short-form content, she brings a unique ability to craft stories that resonate and engage.

James is a skilled Director of Photography and Editor with over 12 years of experience. His projects have taken him around the world telling unique stories. He has a diverse portfolio and loves to make cinematic videos. He is always looking for ways to innovate with new gear and technology.

Amanda's interests in design, architecture and nature have influenced her unique style of cinematography. Through her editing and storytelling prowess, Amanda aims to document authentic experiences, celebrating the natural world and humanity’s connection to it.

Jay is a Motion Graphic Designer with a diverse creative toolkit, specializing in illustration, motion graphics, and graphic design in both digital or print. He is passionate about creating with an intent to motivate, inspire, and connect on a human level.
